Locations:
Our projects range from Remote Anywhere, to Hybrid/Remote in the Netherlands and on-site on Curacao.
Role Description:
We are looking for experienced and results-driven Freelance PMO Officers to join our network of professionals. As a PMO Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our project management efforts and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your expertise in project management practices and organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders. You will work closely with Project Managers, Change Management Specialists, and Communications Strategists to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are met and project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Support project status reporting and create dashboards for project performance tracking.
• Assist in resource allocation and ensure project teams have the necessary tools and support for successful project execution.
Requirements:
• A Higher vocational (HBO) or University degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management or working within a PMO function.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus.
