Meet our Managing Director & Principal Consultant

Louise de Miranda serves as the driving force behind No Gaps. As the founder of No Gaps in 2004, Louise is a seasoned expert, combining extensive experience with a visionary mindset to deliver transformative results. She brings a wealth of knowledge and insights accumulated over two decades in leading global organizations. Her track record of success in driving effective communication strategies and change management initiatives positions her as a trusted partner in your journey towards excellence.

Louise studied at the University of Groningen, majoring in American Studies with a minor in Communications and Journalism. She also earned an English Arts & Letters propedeuse at Leiden University and furthered her journalism expertise with a semester abroad at Northern Arizona University and an internship at CNN’s headquarter in Atlanta.
